At the 37th edition of “Makefest”, in Shtip, Tamara Todevska promoted her new song titled “Zamizhi”. It is a musical story, the text of which was written by Igor Zambazov, and the music and arrangement are by Robert Bilbilov.
On the second, show night, at the “Aco Shopov” House of Culture, Tamara presented her new single after a little more than a year.It is about a new musical story that is particularly dear to me and somehow immediately fell on my heart. I’ve been thinking about when to release “Shut Up”, but I’m glad I did it right at Makefest. Because I want to support this festival – one of the only ones that still allows the affirmation of Macedonian music and local performers.
“Close your eyes” is for everyone who needs to move on, who may regret the past, the lost, certain moments, but now they are facing new life challenges. This life is beautiful and worth fighting for, says Tamara about her new song.
Todevska also emphasized her satisfaction with the cooperation with Djambazov and Bilbilov, who have been her colleagues and friends for decades.
We already “breathe” with Djambaz and Robert and we get along very well. They know my taste, energy, style, and when something works well, I wouldn’t change it, Tamara pointed out.
